Upon relocating to Brentwood, TN, Keegan was immediately enamored with Tennessee's beauty, lifestyle & opportunity. After calling middle Tennessee home for nearly two decades, he still believes middle Tennessee's value proposition is stronger than anywhere else in the country. Keegan is happily married with 3 teenagers (18, 17, 14) and has lived and worked in Nashville (Davidson County), Franklin, Brentwood (Williamson County), and now Historic Columbia (Maury County). As a result, he has a keen sense for all of middle Tennessee's communities. More importantly, he has an elite understanding of each communities real estate trends, infrastructure, economics, politics & school systems.
